Weight Loss

I gained weight, around 5-6 kg since I moved to the Netherlands six years ago. I tried to lose some weight after I gave birth to my son, but so far I am still around 51 kg.

If I want to achieve my goal to lose some weight, a diet weight loss program could be of great help, but I need to be committed to do so. Around 12 years ago, I made my self a promise that I would not eat any kind of peanuts because I had an acne problem. It was difficult but I managed not to eat peanuts. I believe if this time I commit myself to a healthy diet and exercise, I can lose a couple of kg. The only problem at the moment is that I am not ready for that commitment. I eat all kinds of food and I like to eat snacks ^___^ Oops... maybe next year, I might be ready for that diet.

I found a blog that gives information about how to lose weight. That blog is very new, it just started this month. But it can help us keeping an open mind. Since I am alone at home at the moment I had some extra time, I have been reading all the articles before I wrote this. Feel free to visit the blog, I think it can help you and give some tips about how to lose some weight.
