Eiffel Tower

Photobucket

Ops...It's been so long that I don't write about my postcard in here. Because I am busy with my other blogs :D But since today, I will start writing about my postcards again.

According to the guide book that I have :

The Iena bridge leads to the left to the Eiffel Tower, one of the moment symblolizing Paris the best. Built in two years, the tower was the most important monument of the 1889 World fair. Recognized as the masterpiece of Mr. Eiffel, the tower is more than 1.000 feet high and weighs 6.400 toons. The monument is composed of 15.000 metallic sections held together by 2.500.000 rivets. The tower has to be painted every 7 years and the restauration needs no less than 45 tons of paint. The Eiffel Tower has three floors with shops, restaurants and from the top you can get a superb view.

I've been there, but I never go to the top of the Eiffel Tower. Hmm...Someday, I would like to try :D

Been there a few times but haven't gone up either. Don't care much for it though. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know the reason why nobody's advertising...

Try clicking on your ad spaces... Faulty link ;-)

Hmm, I have never been to Paris, but u reinded me of my friends. They went to Paris when they were backpacking during student days, and had no money to take the ride up the tower. They were students on shoestring budgets
